As of 18 May 2023, the online Modern Slavery Statements Register requires multi-factor authentication to log into your account. Any existing accounts (created on or before 18 May 2023) have been emailed instructions explaining the steps required. You can use this page to request assistance from the Attorney-General’s Department (AGD) to upload a modern slavery statement.
You can also use this page to provide the AGD with feedback about the operation of the Register or the quality of modern slavery statements.
You can choose to provide this feedback anonymously.
