In order to sign up for an account you must provide a valid email address.
After clicking Continue to Sign Up below, you will be presented with a Login page which will give you the option to Sign Up. If you do not already have an account, click the Sign Up link.
Once you proceed to the Sign Up step you will be prompted to enter an email address which will need to be verified before your account is activated.
You will receive a verification message via email to your nominated email address. Once you have entered the verification code your account will be activated and you can proceed to statement submission.
Please note that when a statement is submitted it will not be automatically published. The statement will first be assessed by the Attorney-General’s Department (AGD) prior to publication. A notification will be sent once a statement has been published on the Modern Slavery Statements Register.
In the interim, if you would like to publish the statement on your website please ensure that it states that it has not been approved by the AGD or published on the Modern Slavery Statements Register.
