The publication of modern slavery statements (statements) on this Register does not indicate compliance with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (the Act). Pursuant to section 19(2) of the Act, the Attorney-General’s Department publishes all statements properly submitted to this Register, including compliant and non-compliant statements, in order to maximise transparency and ensure entities are publicly accountable for their actions to address modern slavery risks. Statements that fail to meet the requirements for approval and signature set out in sections 13(2) or 14(2) of the Act will not be registered.

Annual revenue
The consolidated revenue information is exempt from public disclosure. The entity considers itself exempt from disclosing consolidated revenue on the basis that the reporting framework allows for justified non-disclosure where public release of revenue data would result in disproportionate commercial harm. Disclosing consolidated revenue poses a material competitive risk by exposing commercially sensitive financial information that could reasonably be used by competitors to undermine market positioning, pricing strategy, and client negotiations in the civil construction and infrastructure sector. This would place the entity in a vulnerable position and compromise legitimate commercial interests without enhancing the intended transparency or human rights objectives of the submission. The entity remains fully committed to meeting all other mandatory obligations under the Australian Modern Slavery Act.
